Soumya Bansal

Soumya Bansal is a toy and product designer who holds a special love for thoughtful physical mechanisms in her work. She graduated in 2025 from NIFT, Kangra, in Accessory Design, receiving the Best Graduation Project and a Meritorious Award. Education and toys were the last fields she imagined herself stepping into before design school. But along the way, she found her calling in educational toys as they offered a space for meaningful designs and play. Her favorite moment is when her designs reach children. Watching them engage with her products in ways intended and wonderfully unintended.
