Responsibilites

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the Center’s goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Conduct performance appraisals to ensure that employees are meeting job expectations and achieving company goals.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employee growth and development.

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies are in alignment with IITGN goals.

  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure compliance with all necessary documentation.

  • Provide HR-related reports and analysis to center leadership as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Essential Qualifications

  • PG in HR or a related field from a reputed institute

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, including experience with HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Qualifications

A candidate with the following skills is preferred:

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal relationship building, teamwork, and employee coaching skills, excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Should be capable of promoting hiring advertisements on Social Media and LinkedIn platform and various Job portals.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
