Responsibilites
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the Center’s goals and objectives.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Conduct performance appraisals to ensure that employees are meeting job expectations and achieving company goals.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employee growth and development.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies are in alignment with IITGN goals.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure compliance with all necessary documentation.
Provide HR-related reports and analysis to center leadership as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
PG in HR or a related field from a reputed institute
5+ years of experience in HR management, including experience with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
